This is a contract on reserving the Banquet Room from El Patio Original. I,_______________________, request to reserve the Banquet Room on the following date: ______________. Time limited three (3) hours. Banquet must end 15 minutes prior to closing hours (Monday thru Thursday 8:45 pm, Friday and Saturday 9:45 pm.). Anything over the time allowed, a $25.00 fee up to everyhalf hour will be charged during regular working hours: time in:________ and time out: _________. I will ensure a minimumof 25 guest and no more than 60 guest. I will pay a $10.00 fee for each guest less than 25. I will secure the Banquet Room with a $35.00 deposit. Deposit date:___________. The $35.00 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. The $35.00 deposit is only a security deposit for the room. The security deposit is used for set-up and clean up.

I will also ensure that I will place my pre-order two days pior to reservation date. El Patio Original has the right to cancel events if order is not placed two days prior to the event and with the exact guest count. I, _________________________, will forfeit my deposit. I will choose up to three different entrees or one entree. (Entree = full complete meal) from menu. I will keep all entrees the same including soup or salad. (Tacos and Tostadas are excluded from menu order). Your order will be set-up into a buffet style. White Linen is available for tables for $7.00 per table plus service charge and tax: Quantity: ___________ amount: ___________. No live or adult entertainment, music, dancing, stick pins or thumb tacks on walls and silly string allowed.

 

El Patio Original woll allow guest to bring a party cake for the event; however; no desserts, appetizers or beverages will be allowed except for Champagne for a cork fee: regular bottle $4.00 per bottle and litre $8.00 per litre. ID must be valid for alcohol.

Two item lunch: $13.50, Two item dinner no salad: $16.50; Three item dinner with salad: $17.50. All prices includes one soft (except for Root Beer) unlimited plus tax tax and tip.
